The Parallels license fails to update. The following errors may occur:
Licensing Server Unreachable: Unable to connect with licensing server. Please make sure that your network allows communication to ka.parallels.com:5224. For more details check system help pages.

The Parallels product tries to connect to the license server
ka.parallels.com at port 5224 to update the license, but it cannot establish a connection.
On December 1, 2014, the IP address of the license server will be changed to 220.127.116.11 (IPv4) and 2001:67c:730::80 (IPv6). Make sure that the hostname
ka.parallels.com resolves to the proper IP from your server:
# nslookup ka.parallels.com Address: 18.104.22.168

If any of these servers are behind a firewall and old IP addresses of Parallels Key Administrator are listed in the firewall rules, please add new IP addresses of Parallels Key Administrator to the firewall rules before December 1st. This is to allow your servers to connect to
ka.parallels.com after it will start resolving to new IP addresses. This can be checked with these commands:
# nmap -P0 -p5224 ka.parallels.com # telnet ka.parallels.com 5224 # traceroute ka.parallels.com
